TO USE: Hair: Apply tonic to warm, moist hair and massage into scalp. Leave for approximately 3 minutes, then rinse. Make sure to use a very mild shampoo, or even NO SHAMPOO at all! Yes, this can substitute AS your shampoo!!! Most shampoos just strip your hair and leave it dull and dry. Try using this product as your shampoo and conditioner in one! It will not build up!! If you have severely damaged hair, leave on for longer OR leave in hair and let dry.
Skin: Massage into dry or damp skin, rubbing until absorbed. Apply as often as necessary.
